Jessica/ Megan's initial design

Their design is pretty different from ours that jessica and Megan have three different areas like semi-private, private and public. This is what i thought initial idea but i was not sure how to divide them correctly because i believed most important area is display part. Display area has to be large enough on the First floor. However, they took display area on second floor with material library and conference room. It seems large enough and by designing material library, public area and private area is clearly divided. Also, on the First floor, Jessica and Megan put kitchen/bar between work station and public area. I like their smooth transaction or flow.. Also, they try to make people come up to second floor. I think it makes there are two different functions for each floor. First floor is for entertaining or community area for Durham neighbors and second floor is for business and display area for customers.. I asked them before, at work station, workers could see people come inside or not because kitchen/bar and restroom are blocked their scene. I think Jessica and Megan would consider it, i believe their design will be great!
