Place to bathe

My concept came form natural pond.
In Asia, old people take a bath in nature
at the same time, they purified their soul too.
Old people thought taking a bath in the pond is very special ceremony
because before people decided a big decision, they cleaned their body and soul.

Therefore, i wanted to design outside spa to feel or harmony with nature
Also, i could see many spa or bath places are indoor so, disabled people do not have much opportunities to take a bath outside.

This spa is based on German style but i added a ramp for wheel chair.
There is one enterance to get into spa. I did not want to make sepaerated enterance
because disabled people could feel difference like incompatibility.

Also, this is my idea that spa provides their own wheel chair
usually, wheelchair goes anywhere so, wheel is not clean enough to get into water
however, spa provides their own wheel chair, people can use them only in the facility
It is easy to maintain and clean.
Even in the spa, disabled people do not have to effort to pull out their own wheel chair.

Just take anything! then easy to get ouf of spa~

I wanted to make this model much more looks like stone

so i decided to make with clay.

It was harder than i thought with this clay because this clay should be baked by oven.

I did not know that and i used a foamboard as a bottom. Therefore, i could not baked it

bathe synopsis

These days, people want to take a bath to relax thier mind or take care of their health. while people take a bath, we perform purification. It means the bathe place is not only just cleaning our body but also cleaning our spirit. I would like to say bathe place makes new soul. Also, it makes strong body as a theraphy way for disabled people. I will design this place with German spa style but i will combine all the advantages of different cultural factors so, people can feel something purified or refreshed.
