After i read this article, i could realize how important computing in architectural design is. Actually, i prefer handwork to C.A.D because i can express what i think on the paper. Even though it doesn't fit to accurate scales.
However, these days people use C.A.D for more architectural practice to see manupulated or detailed structure especially, this field requires more accurate calculation to build. To make perfect architectural structure, people revise their drafts by computer programs like CAD or 3D MAX because those programs help to predict what is going to be. C.A.D helps to understand more efficiently like doors, walls, windows or rooms' arrangement. Moreover, it can change point of view, change colors, or try alternative ways. It can share with other programs which shows 3D. Probably, it is more clear to understand and recognize because it closes to realistic.
I believe that computing in architectural design is going to be more popular and practical way to people who are in design field. It can be a kind of communication to designers. That is the reason why people or company try to advance or develope new programs.
